As soon as I opened it, I had a feeling it wasn’t going to match the photos. The color is way darker in person than it looked online, so it wasn’t really what I expected

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about using their promo code, mine didn’t work at all. I was expecting a discount, but it ended up feeling like a total joke. Definitely double-check before you buy.

They looked really nice at first, but after just a few wears the sole started peeling off. Kinda disappointing tbh

I don’t know, the styles just felt kind of dated to me right away. Maybe it’s a personal taste thing, but my first reaction was that it wasn’t really my vibe.

I bought a pair from Carvela because they looked really nice, but they were painful within about 20 minutes of wearing them. My heels ended up rubbed raw and there was just no comfort at all. I tried reaching out for help, but it felt like I got stuck in a support loop with no clear resolution, which just made the whole experience more frustrating. I wouldn’t buy them again.

I’m really disappointed with Carvela’s customer service. I had an issue with my order and reached out thinking it would be straightforward, but the replies were slow and didn’t really answer what I was asking.

It felt like once they had my payment, they weren’t that bothered anymore. The messages came across like copy-and-paste responses, and I had to chase more than once just to get nowhere. After this experience, I don’t think I’d trust ordering from carvela.com again

Trying to use the website is a pain. Everything feels clunky and harder than it needs to be, like they spent more time figuring out how to take your money than making the site easy to use. Not a great experience.

I got the order confirmation right away, but after that there were no real updates. The tracking link didn’t work or show anything useful, which was frustrating. I don’t expect perfection, but I do think basic tracking should be accurate once an order is confirmed.

I ordered these thinking they’d show up in a few days, but they took way longer than expected and I barely got any updates along the way. This was so frustrating!!! I saw the shoes I wanted showing as in stock on Carvela, placed the order and everything... then later got told they weren’t actually available?? Such a waste of time!! If something’s out of stock, just say that on the website!!!

I was disappointed when these shoes arrived. The pictures made the color look totally different, so I thought I was getting one thing and got something else in real life. It’s frustrating when the listing promises a certain look and then the actual product doesn’t match at all.

The shoes themselves were fine, thankfully, but the packaging was a mess. The box was crushed and the paper inside was all torn up. I was annoyed opening it because I expected a lot better than that

I ordered my usual size from carvela.com and thought they’d be fine, but they were so narrow I could barely get my feet in. They looked lovely, which made it even more annoying, but what’s the point if they’re pinching straight away? I don’t have wide feet either, so it made me wonder if the sizing is just off. I hate feeling like I’ve been fooled by how good something looks online, only for it to be a pain in real life. Ended up returning them, which was a hassle, and I don’t think I’d risk buying shoes from there again.

i reached out to customer service a few days ago and still haven’t heard anything back. frustrating when you’re just waiting for a simple response

I’ve liked a few pairs on carvela.com, but the pricing feels hit or miss to me. Some styles look nice, but I’ve seen really similar shoes for less elsewhere, and even the sale prices didn’t feel like much of a bargain. For what you get, it kind of feels like you’re paying more for the name than the quality. Just not really worth it for me.

I’ll admit I was mostly focused on getting help quickly, so maybe I missed some of the smaller positive things going on, but the part that really stood out was how unfriendly the staff seemed. I felt like I was bothering them just by asking a question, and I barely got any useful help. Left disappointed.
